Q. I can't hear sound from my chair?
The RCA audio cables are connected properly.
If you cannot hear sound from your unit please re-check your cable connection. A common set-up mistake is plugging the audio cables into the red and white AUDIO INPUT of your Television or AV source. Sound will not play from the unit when plugged into an AUDIO INPUT source. To correctly connect the cables you must connect to an AUDIO INPUT source.
Q. The power light on my unit does not turn on?
Please make sure the outlet is in working normally, and the power adapter is correctly connected to the DC jack on Rocker chair. Rotate the volume knob clockwise to turn on the power. If you have tried this and your unit still does not turn on you may have a defective power adapter.
Q. I am coming out some trouble when make a connection?
Using the 3.5mm connector of Y cable attached with Rocker chair connect to your MP3,MP4 and iPod, then connect the RCA red and white connector to your RCA audio in on the Rocker Chair, If you want to connect to your TV, VCR and Game console, use the RCA cable provided by electronics retail connector one side with R/L RCA connector to your TV,VCR and Game console, then connect another side to your RCA audio in on your Rocker chair.
